Pictures taken with the Nokia N97 mini

The Nokia N97 mini camera is identical to the N97 camera (minus the lens cover), and similar to the N900 camera – ie. really quite nice!

In fact, if you’ve read my review of the N97 camera, you’ve pretty much read my review of the N97 mini camera…

The resulting pictures (slide show) are very good – color balance, exposure, and level of detail are all excellent, and low-light performance puts most of the 5 megapixel competition to shame.

Like with the N97, video recording is supported up to 640×480 pixels (VGA) at 30 fps. Unlike the N900, there’s no initial auto-focus, and the default focus is set to infinity.
